Top Artists’ and Producers’ Music Making Secrets at The Producers Conferences on May 9

Events in London, Berlin, Stockholm, Los Angeles & New York give attendees advanced production techniques, business insight and mixing methods for moving their music making forward

Stockholm, Sweden, April 27, 2009 – Propellerhead Software, makers of the highly acclaimed stand-alone music production system Reason, announces five Producers Conferences to be held on Saturday, May 9th in Stockholm, London, Berlin, New York City and Los Angeles. The Producer Conference offers attendees a direct connection to Propellerhead product specialists, artists, producers and mastering pros.

The New York conference will be held at Clinton Recording Studios featuring Ming (aka Aaron Albano), Ben Weinman from The Dillinger Escape Plan along with technical workshops by Propellerhead’s specialist Chris Petti and producer Chris Griffin.

The Los Angeles conference will be held at the Musician’s Institute and led by tutorials from Propellerhead’s Gerry Bassermann with technical workshops by Peff aka Kurt Kawasaki (renowned Reason author) and artist master sessions by producer Bon Harris (Nitzer Ebb, Depeche Mode) and composer/sound designer Kevin Teasley (Distortion).

The Electric Theatre in Guildford UK proudly hosts a remix master class with A Guy Called Gerald, production tips by Blu Mar Ten, a ReCycle workshop with DJ/producer Alex Blanco and a mix & mastering session by Gary Bromham (Björk, Sheryl Crow, Kylie).

In Berlin at the Kulturbrauerei Prenzlauer Berg attendees will meet session musician and producer Simon Grey and learn about song production & remixing with Reason and the ReFill Collection. In addition seven-time platinum composer/producer Philippe van Eecke will focus on using Reason in production and sound design.

The Producers Conference in Stockholm will be highlighted with discussions with two-time Grammy nominated Eric Gadd, sessions with Pär Wiksten of the Wannadies, production tips from Joachim Ekermann, and master classes by Jonas Löfvenmark.
