Hydronexius 4 Parallel Resonance Synthesizer is an advanced hybrid sound design insturment & effects system built exclusively for Reason 13’s Combinator 2 architecture. Combining synthesis, sample based content, deep modulation, multi-filtering, and a new form of spatial processing into one unified instrument, Hydronexius 4 delivers deep, futuristic sound creation for producers, composers, and experimental sound designers.
At the core of Hydronexius 4 is the Bi-Morph X/Y Synth Engine, merging the Algorithm Synthesizer and Mimic Sampler into a powerful hybrid oscillator system. Morph seamlessly between algorithmic synthesis and rich sampled textures, reverse samples in real time, and independently shape both engines with dedicated ADSR envelopes for expressive, highly detailed sound control.
The redesigned X/Y Parallel Resonance Filter System introduces dual filters operating in parallel, linked directly to the advanced Flux Form LFO² System. Dual-axis modulation paths, independent flux rates, and envelope-driven movement create evolving resonance, rhythmic filter motion, and multidimensional sonic textures that move beyond traditional synthesis workflows.
Hydronexius 4 also features the Neural Field Mapper, a sophisticated stereo movement system designed to create living, reactive spatial motion across the mix. Combined with Drift Core, an analog-inspired pitch instability engine delivering authentic tape-style wow, flutter, and organic drift, patches gain warmth, movement, and evolving realism.
A powerful integrated effects section expands the sound even further. Aurisphere Reverb generates massive immersive spaces with convolution-style ambience, while EchoFlux Delay delivers modulated echoes, ping-pong feedback, rhythmic delay movement, and evolving atmospheric repeats. The dedicated Multi-LFO Filter Engine adds layered modulation, filter animation, stereo expansion, and rhythmic motion for complex futuristic textures.
