Four sections, one big kick
Pulse – Width, Amp, Sustain and Decay shape the trigger that excites the circuit. Short and sharp for a clicky attack, long and sustained for a fat, rounded body.
Noise – Add a burst of Uniform, Normal or Pink noise with its own Decay and Cutoff, for anything from a subtle beater click to a dirty, distorted top end.
Resonator – The heart of the kick. Set the Freq, Q and Damping, then use Tight and Bounce to add pitch drop and punch. Three modes change the character:
- Linear – clean and pure, ideal for long 808-style subs
- Basic – gently saturated, the classic all-rounder
- Bouncy – driven and elastic, for kicks that snap and bounce
Turn on Note Follow to tune the kick to the notes you play, with Glide between them, for tuned kicks and 808 basslines.
Output – Tone and Level, up to 4 overlapping Voices so tails ring out naturally, and switchable Velocity sensitivity.
