Patch Arcade

Patch Arcade has ten effects, four modulators, and four utilities in one panel, and you connect them by dragging cables — building anything from a simple effects chain to a tangled feedback instrument. Three independent routes let you run separate signals through the same rack side by side, and every one of them can be instantly randomized into a chain that’s strange but still musical.

Important: Only Works in Reason 14 and up

Patch Arcade is a modular sandbox that packs eighteen individual devices behind a single front panel: 10 effects, 4 modulators, and 4 utilities.

On the front, you drag cables to patch these modules together, building custom multi-effects and signal chains from scratch. On the back, standard cables handle all external communication, integrating Patch Arcade’s audio and CV seamlessly with the rest of your Reason rack.

Three independent cabling routes let you build separate signal paths side by side — and each one can be instantly randomized with its own roll of the dice, generating chains that are wildly unexpected yet consistently musical.

Feedback loops here are more than an accident waiting to happen. Route a module’s output back into something earlier in the chain, and every module inside that loop starts to interact and change on its own — evolving, living textures that unfold the longer you let them run. A dedicated Feedback Tamer keeps things musical rather than runaway, so you can push a loop as far as it’ll go without losing the plot.
